We offer you the option to select Door-to-Door Courier or Delivery to your nearest Postnet Suite/Counter, Post Office Box or PAXI with PEP stores. All our packages are completely discreetly wrapped - so you don't need to worry. And if your order is over R750 you receive FREE delivery.
Courier Delivery
Delivery to main city centers with the courier should take 1 - 2 days to be delivered while Outlying areas may take up to 5 working days depending on the remoteness of your location.
Postnet to Postnet
Delivery with Postnet should take 2 - 5 working days depending on your location. Parcels sent with Postnet need to be collected from your Postnet branch. Please track your package and ensure you collect the package from your Postnet. CLICK TO TRACK WITH POSTNET
PAXI
PAXI is the counter-to-counter delivery service to your selected PEP Store or Shoe City Store. We use the 3-5 day business day service so that your package can get to you a little quicker. You will need your id and the pin that is sms'd to your phone number to collect your package. CLICK TO TRACK WITH PAXI
Post Office to Post Office
Delivery with Post Office should take 2 - 5 working days depending on your location. Parcels sent with Post Office need to be collected from your Post Office branch. Please track your package and ensure you collect the package from your Post Office. We are currently experiencing some delays with Post Office shipments due to COVID19.
PLEASE NOTE: Romantix will not be responsible for the cost of re-sending your package should it be returned to us in the event that you do not collect your package OR not be available during time of delivery.
Also note that any delays in the delivery time once we have handed the parcel over to the relevant courier is the responsibility of the Courier and not Romantix Lingerie.
