Upon the occasion of a voluntary cancellation of orders by the client, there will be a 15% administration and restocking fee on their refund.

Due to the intimate nature of the items sold by Romantix, we unfortunately cannot accept the returning or exchanging of any underwear (panties, G-strings, bra-sets, men’s underwear) or bodysuits/teddies.

Products may only be returned when damages are evident before the customer has used the item or if the items are not the correct size and they do not fall under the categories explained above. If the item is damaged, this needs to be reported to Romantix within 24-48 hours of receiving the parcel and the item must be returned within a period of 7 days after delivery.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition it was received in and with all the extras that may be included. Any missing or damaged items will deem the return void. If the products have been approved for return, Romantix will notify you and request that you post it back to us. Should you need to post the products to us please only sent it to our Postal Address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or new replacement

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
